Merchants should use a vaulted solution to store the credit card information as a token. This token can be used later for subsequent transactions. With PCI Compliance deadline round the corner, make sure you get hold of this industry approved solution or its alternative.

I have always wanted to learn how online merchants achieve PCI compliance on their websites. Thanks to amazing step by step process diagram published on the site of BrainTreepaymentsolutions.com I finally know how it is done. The process is simple. The customer first starts the checkout process and enters the pay now or buy now button after filling in the details. This information is directly submitted to payment gateway. The Payment gateway processes this information and redirects the customer back to merchant's site with get query string. On redirection, previous page of the merchant's website is display. The site read the get query string and display appropriate message to the customer. The process is simple and anyone who doesn't have PCI compliant environment can get it before the PCI Compliance deadline.
