Our recurring billing solution allows you to set up customized plans and subscriptions - giving you the flexibility that you need to offer multiple options to your customers.
Do you want to allow your customers to see what you have to offer before they sign up for your services? We allow you set up customized subscriptions that offer free trials periods.
If you allow your customers to change their subscription during their term, we can handle that for you. When a customer upgrades during the billing cycle, we can automatically prorate the charges for you. If you would rather the changes take place at the start of the next billing cycle, you can do that too. We are flexible, so you can be as well.
Sit back and let us take care of handling your past due subscriptions. If a subscription goes past due, we've got you covered. We will automatically retry past due subscriptions up to two times. We also allow you to customize emails to be sent to your customers if their subscription goes past due, letting them know there was an issue with their payment method.
When using our Control Panel or our Client Libraries, you can search for plans and subscriptions. Plan search allows you to view all the subscriptions in a particular plan as well as the status of those subscriptions. You can also search on additional data, such as subscription id, billing periods remaining, and price to the subscription search. Our advanced search functionality also allows you to search and download transactions based on detailed transaction criteria.
Do you offer promotional periods? Do you give discounts to some of your best customers? Well, you’re in luck: we’ve added that capability. You can configure discounts to be deducted from the subscription price for the entire duration of the subscription or you can specify the number of billing periods that you would like to offer it. Discounts can be added to the plan and will be inherited by the subscription. However you will still have the flexibility to customize the discounts on the subscription and tailor it to your customers’ needs.
Do you offer additional services or products that are outside your standard plans? Well now you can add away. We have added the ability to create add-ons for your subscription. You can configure add-ons to be added to the subscription price for the entire duration of the subscription or you can specify the number of billing periods that you would like to offer it. Add-ons (like discounts) can be added to the plan and will be inherited by the subscription but you still have the flexibility to configure the add-on on a per-subscription basis.
Need flexible start dates? Look no further. You have multiple options when selecting the start date of your subscription. You can start the subscription immediately, on a specific date, or on a specific day of month. For example, if you’re selling something related to an upcoming football season, you may want to collect subscriptions now but not begin billing until the regular season starts. Alternatively, if you only care about having your subscriptions recur on the 1st of every month (for instance), you can easily set up a plan for that. You can also specify when a subscription should end. You can specify the number of billing cycles the subscription should be billed or you can leave it open-ended. The possibilities are endless!

To help mitigate your risks of fraud, we offer a suite of fraud detection tools at no extra charge. That includes AVS and CVV checks which can be customized based on transaction attributes. More advanced fraud tools coming soon.
